What a disappointment. The overflowing trash cans and musty rooms were a true letdown! I also expected a complimentary welcome gift for my stay, but alas, I received nothing. I almost felt compelled to write a good review, but how could I? They really dropped the ball here and left me feeling quite underappreciated.

The King Studio was spacious and truly handicap accessible, making our stay comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including delicious options. I was pleased by the cleanliness—no signs of mold here! Just a couple of minor hiccups, but overall, a pleasant experience everyone should consider for a night away.

Nothing it was perfect.

The cleanliness needed a firm upgrade—with inconsistent attention, leading to bits of dirt and debris around the room. I noted an absence of ice buckets, which felt like a simple convenience missing. The inability to adjust temperature in the room, particularly needing better A/C, also detracted from an otherwise solid stay.

The large, clean King Room provided a comfortable stay for my family with children, and the delightful breakfast options, including light salads, made mornings enjoyable. However, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, and we experienced inconsistent housekeeping during our four-night stay. Despite these drawbacks, the room's spaciousness and accessibility features were impressive.
